1.1 Agreement to Terms

By registering for an 8phjoy account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise utilizing any aspect of our Services, you expressly agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions as they exist at the time of use. Your continued access to or use of the Services following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

1.2 Amendments and Modifications

8phjoy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the 8phjoy Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. You further represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 8phjoy complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Failure to provide accurate information or to update such information may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with 8phjoy. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or any pseudonym, is strictly prohibited and shall constitute a material breach of these Terms. 8phjoy employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery of multiple accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all wagers, forfeit all winnings, and confiscate all deposits and account balances.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login information to any third party and to take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You must immediately notify 8phjoy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 8phjoy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.1 Deposit Methods

8phjoy accepts deposits through various payment methods as displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine financial institutions (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawals shall be processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved by 8phjoy in writing. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Standard withdrawal processing times range from immediate to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of our verification procedures.

3.3 Bonus and Wagering Requirements

Certain deposits may be subject to bonus offers with associated wagering requirements as disclosed at the time of deposit. Any withdrawal request made before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom. Once accepted, a wager cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law. 4.2 Bet Limits and Restrictions

4.3 Game Results and Settlement

All game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for virtual games or actual event outcomes for sports betting. Official results shall be those published by 8phjoy based on information from official sources. In the event of disputes regarding results, the decision of 8phjoy shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in odds, results, or payouts and to adjust your account balance accordingly.

4.4 Responsible Gaming

We provide various tools to help you manage your gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 5.1 General Prohibitions

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Services
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or technology used in connection with the Services
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity
• Using any bugs, exploits, or errors in software to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or 8phjoy staff members
• Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature
• Violating any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

5.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

Engagement in any prohibited activity shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, voiding of all outstanding wagers, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate. 8phjoy reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against users who engage in prohibited activities.

6.1 Ownership

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or used in connection with the 8phjoy platform are the exclusive property of 8phjoy or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such intellectual property except as expressly set forth herein.

6.2 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 8phjoy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of the Services; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Services; (c) use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods; or (d) use the Services for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by these Terms.

7.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. 8phjoy DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.2 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 8phjoy SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

7.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL 8phjoy'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO 8phjoy IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Any account balance remaining after settlement of all pending wagers shall be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification procedures and applicable withdrawal terms.

8.2 Termination by 8phjoy

8phjoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate in our sole discretion. Upon termination by 8phjoy, we may, at our discretion: (a) cancel any outstanding wagers; (b) forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings; (c) deduct any amounts owed to 8phjoy; and (d) return any remaining legitimate funds to your registered payment method.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact 8phjoy customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings as provided herein.

9.3 Binding Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and 8phjoy regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the Services.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. 8phjoy's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

10.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of 8phjoy. 8phjoy may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms and any rights and obligations hereunder without restriction and without notice to you.
